Back In The Day: My Life And Times With Tupac Shakur by Darrin Keith Bastfield
Just finished reading this book. At first I was a bit dubious of the book thinking the author might be someone trying to cash in on the fact that they had briefly been an aquaintance of Pac way back when. However I quickly realised that was not the case at all. The author was undoubtably a genuine friend of Tupac’s during his years living in Baltimore and attending the Baltimore School for the Arts. I really enjoyed this book and would highly recommened it. The book gives a revealing and suprisingly detailed look into the years of Tupac’s life that are usually skimmed over or over looked entirely.
